However, we also understand that our products may not be suitable for everyone or function perfectly all the time. You can cancel your order within 7 days of your original purchase and get a full refund.
Before requesting a refund, please allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you may be experiencing. Notify us about the issues by opening a support ticket.

- We will process your refund as soon as we are able to. In some cases, we might ask for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds may only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds can be processed.
